HB WatchFolder is a free program that allows you to set up a simple watch folder with many features. The program runs in your tray and encodes as you add new files. It supports input files such as MPG, WMV, AVI, M2TS, MKV, M4V, MP4, FLV, MOV, TS and ISO images.
